MT Holding concludes its first AI Innovation Competition

On September 1, the first AI Innovation Competition, jointly organized by Feishu and MT Holding, reached its final. Eight teams presented their work, with participants from sales, marketing, human resources, documentation and other roles.

The competition focused on practical workplace applications of AI. Teams identified problems in everyday processes and drew on their professional experience to explore document processing, data organization, knowledge applications, training design, content creation and industry information analysis.

Following preparation and several rounds of refinement, the finalists demonstrated specific use cases and workflows. Some solutions had already been tested and were being improved based on user feedback. Participants discussed practical value, user experience and operational needs during the event.

Judges and invited guests from enterprise digitalization, AI applications, industrial internet and technology product development assessed the entries. They asked questions about data accuracy, the limits of AI applications, system security and real-world use cases, and offered recommendations based on practical experience.

The presentations and judging resulted in first, second and third prizes, along with awards for Best Business Value, Overall MVP and Best Newcomer. These awards recognized the efforts of employees across different functions in exploring AI applications.

Through the competition, employees in different roles began integrating AI into everyday workflows. From identifying problems and designing solutions to testing, improvement and knowledge sharing, the teams developed a more systematic approach to applying AI.

For MT Holding, the competition provided a platform for cross-department exchange and encouraged more employees to learn new tools and improve their working methods.

MT Holding will continue exploring how AI can support real business needs, encouraging employees to develop new working methods and improve collaboration and efficiency.
